- An ethnohistorical report on the Indian use and occupancy of Royce area 53, which was ceded "at Fort Industry, on the Miami of the lake" by the "Wyandot, Ottawa, Chippewa, Munsee, and Delaware, Shawanee, and Pattawatamy nations" to the Connecticut Land Company and the proprietors of the half million acres of land lying south of Lake Erie, called Sufferers' Land, in a conveyance bearing date of July 4, 1805, and on the Indian use and occupancy of Royce area 54, which was ceded to the United States by the "Wyandot, Ottawa, Chipewa, Munsee and Delaware, Shawanee, and Pottawatima nations" under the Treaty held "at Fort Industry, on the Miami of the lake" on July 4, 1805 / by Erminie Wheeler-Voegelin
