Description
The emphasis of the conclusions of this report is on the need for all the relevant agencies within a given local authority area to develop an integrated strategy for delivering library services to children and young people. This should allow the best use of resources and improve equality of access to library facilities and services. The report makes 21 recommendations as a result of its research and findings.
