"Blackstone's Law Questions and Answers Series" gives students the opportunity to practice their exam techniques and evaluate and assess their progress. This new edition of "Blackstone's Q and A Tort Law" has been fully revised to offer comprehensive and up to date coverage of all the essential aspects of the law. Each chapter contains an introduction focusing on important legal aspects and points of interest.
