Description

Blackstone's Law Questions and Answers Series gives students the opportunity to practise their exam techniques and evaluate and assess their progress. The ideal revision aid, it is divided into chapters covering each major topic, and contains around fifty questions and answers designed to test even the best prepared student. Each chapter contains an introduction focusing on important legal aspects and points of interest. After each question there is a commentary which highlights the essential elements of each question and indicates what the examiners are looking for. The new edition of Questions and Answers Land Law has been fully revised to offer comprehensive and up to date coverage of all the essential aspects of the law. It has been updated in light of the Land Registration Act 2003, giving students the most up to date information to guide them in assessment. Companion web site - A companion web site to accompany the text that offers students links to useful external web sites and glossary of key terms, essential for the understanding of land law.
