Description
This revised and enlarged paperback edition is an illustrated history of pottery from 6,500 BC to the present day, surveying developments in technique and design. The most recent trends in pottery, especially in the UK and the US, are examined. The author is a member of the Craftman Potter's Association and exhibits regularly in the UK and abroad; he has published many books on the subject, including "Cooper's Book of Glaze Recipes". This book is on the list of recommended reading for GCSE Pottery students.
