内容説明

"Asian Arts and Crafts for Creative Kids" is a series which provides a fun and educational introduction to Asian culture and art and is specifically aimed at children from the ages of seven to twelve. Through hands-on projects readers will engage in activities that should enable them to easily acquire a better understanding of each art form. Art forms such as haiku and origami are becoming increasingly popular both in the school curriculum, and as a tool for introducing children to poetry and Asian culture. By nurturing children's abilities in areas such as haiku and origami, this series brings new cultural and educational dimensions to the lives of young readers. Children, their parents and their teachers should love these celebrations of Asian culture.
