Documents range from excerpts of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Uniform Foreign Money-Judgments Act, and the Federal Arbitration Act, to rules of various arbitral institutions, excerpts from British statutes and rules dealing with jurisdiction and judgments, and the confidential documents laws of the United Kingdom, France, and Switzerland. Prepared for use with Lowenfield's International Litigation and Arbitration, but may also be used with other course materials.
