Includes mounted facsimile of Lincoln's letter, which had been purchased by Alfred W. Stern, a member of the Caxton Club, on 17 Nov. 1941
"Five hundred of these facsimiles have been reproduced in four colors by Deeptone on text paper by R.R. Donnelly & Sons Company at the Lakeside Press. Two hundred of these are attractively bound in red cloth over boards with a gold and black paper label.
