This field, like psychotherapy and counselling before it, is going through a phase of professionalisation, with the establishment of formal standards, European bodies and the requirements for supervision.This book provides a response to these growing demands. The first section is for the coach, mentor and consultant; the second is for the Supervisor of such people; the third addressing the wider issues of training supervisors and the final section on looking at the wider systems in which supervision happens.
