This work includes essays by Benjamin H.D. Buchloh, Dieter Schwarz, and interview with the artist by Benjamin H.D. Buchloh. Gerhard Richter is one of the world's most highly regarded painters, deftly moving from large scale non-representational canvases realistic paintings of old and faded photographs.
