Description
Since its first publication (1963), Roxin's book has become a classic in the scientific literature of criminal law. The work is the most comprehensive monograph on the definition of participation in and perpetration of an offense in German criminal law. As always, in addition to the main part of the book, the new edition features a completely revised and extended "Conclusion 2006. Updated rules of the participation inand perpetration of an offense". The entire jurisdiction of the last decade to the questions of the offender rules is comprehensively documented and critically analysed. As a result, the rules of the "indirect perpetration of an offense by virtue of organizational machinery of power", which for the first time have been developed and incorporated from the jurisdiction in the last decade in this book, provide a particularly detailed appraisal. The author also tackles all new developments in the literature of the offender rules in a continuing form.
