Description

Using games such as "Tug-o-war", "Slipper Tag", "Twist-outs" and "Bingo" the author shows how training can made fun for competitors at all levels. He also gives practices for individuals, pairs and groups that cover such aspects as warming up, flexibility, anticipation and kata. Geoff Gleeson was twice European judo champion and is a former Chief National Coach of the British Judo Association.
