30 new cases offer entirely new content unique to the Gulde fifth and provides the basis to understand new issues that examiners encounter. The clinician can evaluate these cases and compare their assessment to the expert, who discusses how they evaluate each case. Musculoskeletal disorders are most common and therefore the majority of the cases deal with the upper/lower extremity, and spinal problems.
