Description
"AA Files 49" investigates the status of London as a postcolonial city. Based on a conference at the AA, the issue features contributions from Sunand Prasad on the development of postcolonical architecture in London, a conversation between Colin MacCabe and the filmmaker/author Hanif Kureishi, Patrick Keiller on London in the early 1990s, as well as texts by Salman Rushdie and Sukhdev Sandhu together with photo essays by Ori Gersht and Rut Blees Luxemburg.
