Description
Published annually, this report monitors performance of donor countries, developing countries, and the international financial institutions in delivering on their commitments to support achievement of the Millennium Development Goals. It reviews key developments of the past year, priority emerging issues, and an assessment of performance drawing on numerous indicators as developed in past reports. This year's edition highlights the key thematic areas of gender equality and empowerment of women (the third Millennium Development Goal) and examines the special problems of fragile states.
