This text on Competition Law offers a concise and accessible insight into the operation of competition law in both the EC and the Irish jurisdictions. It gives an account of the recent and significant changes in competition law, particularly those relating to the enforcement of competition law.
The main focus of the book is the prohibition on anti-competitive agreements and the abuse of dominance and the issue of merger control.
