Description
The Bankruptcy and Diligence etc (Scotland) Act 2007 introduces sweeping reforms to the law relating to sequestration and personal insolvency, floating charges and diligence. It establishes a Scottish Civil Enforcement Commission and it also introduces a new diligence of 'land attachment'. This annotated copy of the Act will ensure that lawyers have access to the full text of the Act together with expert commentary on the key provisions.
