She has written courses of instruction for conflict resolution at the masters and doctorate levels, including International Mediation, Preventing Church Conflicts, Pastoral Mediation, Community Conflicts & Mediation, Facilitation: Conflict Resolution in Groups and Internship in Conflict Resolution. She is certified as both a Superior and District Court Mediator and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of North Carolina.
