Description
This text is part of a series of reference books designed for children aged nine years and upwards. The books contain "exploded view" photographs and over 3000 specialist words presented in a labelled form, both of which are designed to help expand the child's knowledge and vocabulary. This book looks at dinosaurs including the time when dinosaurs where around, theropods, scelidosaurus, boneheads, hands, feet and tracks and classification. The "Eyewitness Visual Dictionary of Animals" was nominated as a 1991 Best Book for Young Adults by the Americal Library Association.
