Description
The goal of this important new textbook is to develop in students an understanding of how the natural world works and humans interact with the natural ecosystems of the planet. If our students understand the basic principles of population dynamics, they can use these principles to understand the applied problems that appear in every newspaper - human population growth, pest control in agriculture and the conservation of rare species.
