This supplement to the 21st edition of "Butterworths Company Law Handbook" takes account of the April set of regulations and commencements. It also includes additional commencement materials where available.The Supplement does not reproduce all the material in the 21 st edition but instead complements it, so that practitioners can use the two products in conjunction with minimum duplication, benefiting from access to the most up to date companies legislation at this time of rapid change. The accounting regulations are expected to be extremely long and are enormously important in practice. The supplement gives practitioners access to the still necessary Explanatory Notes. Many of the provisions in the forthcoming orders and regulations are amending and this will be the first publication to show the April 2008 consolidated legislation. This will be a welcome resource for access to the model articles and interim Table.
