The morall law expovnded, 1. Largely, 2. Learnedly, 3. Orthodoxly. That is, the long-expected, and much-desired worke of Bishop Andrevves, upon the ten commandements: being his lectures many yeares since in Pembroch-Hall Chappell, in Cambridge, which have ever since passed from hand to hand in manuscripts, and beene accounted one of the greatest treasures of private libraries, but never before this, published in print. Whereunto is annexed nineteene sermons of his, upon prayer in generall, and upon the Lords prayer, in particular. Also seven sermons upon our Saviours tentations, in the wildernesse. Both which two latter treatises, though before printed, yet being much worne out of presse, were thought fit for divers reasons to be added to this worke.
