Description
For forty years, through music, painting, performance, film, and sculpture, Yoko Ono has engaged fundamental issues such as peace, respect, and the search for self. A founding member of the Fluxus art movement, she continues to have a profound influence on contemporary art. "Touch Me" is a suite of sculptural works that are activated and realized - as their imperative title suggests - by the tactile participation of the viewer. This book documents the debut of these playful interactive works and also features some of Yoko Ono's iconic historical works.
