内容説明
The report of the Commonwealth Observer Group for Kenya’s general election held on 27 December 2002. The group was chaired by Professor Adebayo Adedeji, former Federal Commissioner (Minister) for Economic Development and Reconstruction of Nigeria and founder of the African Centre for Development and Strategic Studies, and was comprised of 9 observers in total.
The group found the electoral process to be credible, the conditions existed for a free expression of the will by the electors and the results reflected the wishes of the people.
