Description

This text provides a mosaic of perspectives designed to lead one to a better understanding of conceptual and practical approaches to integrative learning and teaching. Integrative learning calls into question the traditional divisions between teacher and learner and between the individual and the social. It seeks to identify and construct learning environments that are rich in complexity and provide opportunities to explore multiple perspectives. It focuses on the processes that result in the learner's construction of new understandings based upon interactions with self (reflection), others and the learning context.
