Using accessible language to illustrate the key concepts needed to understand land law, it focuses on the underlying principles to map conveniently onto undergraduate and GDL courses in the subject. In addition, case updates will be provided to remain abreast of new developments in law. Mark Davys is Teaching Fellow at Keele University specialising in property law, having previously practised as a solicitor. Joe Cursley was Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of East London. He taught land law for many years, as well as employment and contract law. Kate Green was formerly Principal Lecturer in Law at the University of East London, specialising in land law and legal theory.
