Description
This book provides a synopsis of key events, actions taken, and authorities invoked by WHO, the U.S. federal government, and state and local governments to determine and mitigate the phases of a flu pandemic. Additionally, this book addresses select legal issues in relation to the pandemic including emergency measures, civil rights, liability, and employment issues.
