Summary: "Europe is switching to energy-saving light bulbs. But many consumers think that their performance does not match their old-fashioned counterparts. To improve citizens' knowledge of the new 2nd generation low-energy light bulbs, the European Commission has made a 2-minute cartoon and launched a website. The 'Better Light with Less Energy' cartoon is short, simple and funny.
