Today, women have many family-related responsibilities, as well as actively working to contribute to society's productivity. If a woman has any chronic disease such as heart disease, all family members are affected negatively from the illness. Also, cardiovascular diseases in women impose a significant social and economic burden on health services in many countries. Protection of women against cardiovascular disease is very important for public health promotion. At the same time, there is need for increasing popularity of cardiac rehabilitation programs among female cardiac patients. This book presents significant research in order to reach these goals and help health care professionals develop the problem-solving skills to manage female patients with cardiovascular diseases.
