Professor Chee-Kiong Soh and Associate Professor Yaowen Yang both work at the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Dr. Suresh Bhalla is an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India.
