Description and Table of Contents
Description
An annually-revised paperback designed for a single-semester course on constitutional law. The most recent set of teaching materials by four renowned professors, who are co-authors of a long-time favorite - the much larger Constitutional Law: Cases, Comments & Questions, 11th Edition. By judicious editing and careful summarizing of the most important Supreme Court cases, the four co-authors of Leading Cases in Constitutional Law have managed to produce a set of constitutional law teaching materials under 900 pages. The new paperback will be published every summer for classroom use in the fall. It will include all the significant cases handed down during the most recent Supreme Court Term.
