Description and Table of Contents

Description

It reveals how political splintering is overcome amongst grassroots organizations representing diverse groups of people. The main purpose of this volume is to show how political factions can work together to overcome differences and achieve goals. It also reveals an interesting component of an often misunderstood political group, the Tea Party, which is far more progressive on social issues than previously thought. Media representations of the group are often out of touch with what is truly going on, and the fiscal conservative side of their agenda often over-determines the progressive leaning agenda which pits it as a more libertarian leaning group, with evangelical Christians also playing a vital role.
