Zinc is one of the most abundant transition metals in the human body, and it has various benefits as an essential trace element in the regulation of the living body. Nutritional deficiency of zinc is known to induce many chronic diseases such as immune system disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, obesity, atherosclerosis, cancers, bone growth retardation, osteoporosis and others.
