It is a superbly illustrated overview of entire career of highly regarded Latin American artist Fernando Botero. Painter, draughtsman and sculptor Fernando Botero is one of the best known Latin American artists at work today. Largely self-taught, Botero is known for his vigorous compositions, opulent forms, and exuberant colours. This superbly illustrated volume details his latest exhibition - an exhaustive overview of more than one hundred works from the last 65 years. Botero has been directly involved in the organization of this latest exhibition, which will give a complete, theme-based overview of his career. Most of the works included in the show come from his private collection.
