The 6th edition is a major update with new cases, notes and commentary in all subjects. New topics include a chapter on Global Warming, Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Renewable Solar and Wind Energy, Rainwater Capture and Conservation, and Green Development Standards; a new section on Zoning Litigation, which covers ripeness, finality and exhaustion of remedies, standing, statutes of limitations, and judicial review. There is also a new section on hillside preservation as well as a new section on federal and state transportation and regional land use plans to control urban sprawl.
