Description
The sculptures of the American artist Ronald Bladen seem like three-dimensional bodily images that have been reduced to their most elementary stereometric forms. Bladen's work has been ground-breaking for Minimal Art, and Bladen himself has repeatedly been called its father figure. This book presents sculptures as well as drawings and models by this artist who still remains too little known and who, thanks to the Egidio Marzona Collection, can be rediscovered in his abstract, constructive artistic gestures.
