Description
This publication provides a detailed rule-by-rule analysis of the Patent and Trademark Office Rules of Practice; the text of the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure; and the text of notices, directives, clarifications and "helpful hints" issued by the PTO. It includes two full volumes of practice-proven blank forms that can be photocopied, filled out and filed with the PTO. The forms volumes present a checklist of what must be done to submit an application or other document with the PTO. The price quoted for the work covers one year's worth of service (four updates).
