First published in 1993, this work offers a comprehensive collection, in looseleaf form, of Iranian business laws and related subjects in the English language. It should be of benefit to a wide range of businessmen and lawyers throughout the world dealing with Iran. A further 300 pages will be published in two parts during 1994. The complete work will make up some 1500 pages, with two thirds of the material being published over the first two years of publication.
