内容説明

This manual presents a novel approach to multidisciplinary treatment planning based on a system of categorization around level of functioning rather than diagnosis. Its working premise is that symptoms and behaviours, not diagnoses, are the true indicators of treatment needs. Using Axis-V from DSM-III-R, Dr Kennedy has developed and organized this manual around the following Axis-V subscales and categories: psychological impairment, social skills, dangerousness, ADL-occupational skills, substance abuse, medical and ancillary. Presented here are master treatment plans which detail problems, goals, and treatment modalities for each of these categories. Sample treatment plans illustrate a variety of problems. This practical manual includes blank forms for these treatment plans that may be photocopied for facility use. A section features such frequently used questionnaires as the BPRS-A, AIMS-PLUS EPS, and the NOISE-QE.
