Description and Table of Contents

Description

The objective of the book is to present a new understanding of the joint functioning as an "intelligent" friction assembly and of the biophysical mechanisms of interaction of synovial fluid with joint tissues through the electromagnetic biofield of the joint. These ideas have served the basis for the methodology of transfusion chondroprotection of synovial joints. Its main propositions and first encouraging results of clinical application are discussed in this book. The book can be of interest to orthopedists, physiologists, biophysists, and specialists in material science and tribology.
