For over a quarter of a century, this casebook has defined the field of health law, providing a balanced overview of the law as it affects patients, professionals, institutions, and entities that deliver and finance healthcare in the United States. Written without policy bias to reflect all viewpoints, the new Supplement, which will be available for classes beginning in August of 2016, will include new edited cases, notes and problems to address:
