Description
This book draws primarily on the papers presented at a conference on environmental education that took place in Hong Kong in late 2001. The contributors are drawn from both Hong Kong and a number of overseas countries. The objective of the conference was to explore new directions for environmental education in Hong Kong and specifically the transition away from conventional modes of environmental education to a model based on education for sustainable development.
