编者寄语: 《法史学刊》原名《法律史论集》,已出版6卷。推始其前身, 則可追溯至20世紀80年代出版过的《法律史论丛》第1~3輯。故《法史学刊》第一卷, 第二卷作为学会会刊, 应为“总第10卷", “总第11卷"。2016~2017年中国法律史学会又相继编辑出版了《中国法律史研究》兩卷为学会会刊。《法史学刊》2019年卷承继学脉, 接续传统, 則应为“总第14卷"。
