Description

The Rajyabhiseka Manual for the Coronation of King Birendra of Nepal contains the only extensive coronation manual available for a Hindu king. It was used in the Rajyabhiseka rituals of King Birendra in February 1975. Long regarded as highly secret, it can now be presented, after the abolition of the monarchy in its entirety in 2008. This manual was checked and signed by the royal priests and religious advisors.
