"The British Pharmacopoeia Commission has caused this British Pharmacopoeia 2025 to be prepared under regulation 317(1) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and, in accordance with regulation 317(4), the Ministers have arranged for it to be published. The monograhs of the eleventh edition of the European Pharmacopoeia (2022), as amended by supplements 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4 and 11.5 published by the council of Europe are reproduced either in this edition of the British Pharmacopoeia or in the associated edition of the British Parmacopoeia (Veterinary)"
