Summary:"The International Congress of Basic Science (ICBS) is a major event that brought together the world's leading researchers in Mathematics, Theoretical Physics, and Theoretical Computer Science. The second ICBS was held at Beijing China in July 2024. This is the second of two volumes comprising the Proceedings of the International Congress of Basic Science (2024). This volume focuses on the physics and computer science sections of the ICBS.
