    溶接施工時に生じる残留応力は応力腐食割れの原因となる可能性があり、予防策としてショットピーニング等の表面処理が施されている。その際、ショットピーニング時の施工条件を管理するため、アルメンストリップ片を用いた試験が実施されている。本研究では、アルメンストリップ試験に対し理想化陽解法FEMを用いたショットピーニングシミュレーションを適用することで、諸因子の影響について検討した。

    応力腐食割れは溶接の施工に伴い生じる引張残留応力が原因の一つとされており、残留応力場の改質を目的にピーニング処理が用いられる。本研究では、ピーニング時の残留応力分布の変化を大規模解析が可能な理想化陽解法FEMを用いて予測し、残留応力場の改質に及ぼす諸因子の影響について議論した。

    母材がSUS316LとNCF600,溶接金属がAlloy82の異材溶接継手にピーク温度が320°Cの熱サイクルを付与し,熱サイクル中の残留応力を中性子線回折法により測定した.その結果,昇温に伴いSUS316Lの残留応力は低下するが,Alloy82は残留応力が上昇し,運転中は室温より残留応力が高くなることが示唆された.
