    ギヤシェーパのカッタ軸とワーク軸の回転角および、軸間距離の三者を同時に独立に制御し得るように改造した。制御には、主に座標の計算を行う計算機と直線補間を行う計算機との2台のマイクロコンピュータを用いた。そのため、円形や非円形のインボリュート系平歯車の加工は無論のこと、直線と円弧からなる単純な切れ刃をもつ一本刃の工具でサイクロイド系やその他の平歯車を加工することが可能となり、また、操作性も向上した。
