    <p>Pbレス黄銅の切削では従来のPb快削黄銅に比べ切削力が増加する.PCD工具の使用は切削力低減に有用であるが,耐摩耗性や切りくず処理性に関しては未だ調査されていない.このことから本報ではPCD工具によるSn系Pbレス黄銅の切削試験を行った.その結果,PCD工具は耐摩耗性に優れるとともに,チップブレーカを使用により切りくず分断性を改善できることを明らかにした.</p>
