    東京工業大学松永研究室で開発された超小型衛星Cute1.7+APD IIは民生品を積極的に使用した低コストかつ,学生主導による短期間での開発を実現し,磁気トルカを使用した姿勢制御,アマチュア無線サービス,低エネルギー荷電粒子観測センサの実証を主なミッションとして開発された.本発表ではこれらの経緯を踏まえ本衛星の開発目的や衛星のミッション,軌道上運用で期待される成果について述べる.
